
- Call to Order – Minutes accepted at 7:10 p.m.
- Determination of a quorum – reached at 7:13 p.m.

- Management/Treasury report accepted and reviewed at 7:25 p.m.
- Old business
- Quality Painting. A motion was made by Gerard Mayer and seconded by Scott Schecter to terminate all ties with Quality Painting at 7:52 p.m.
- New Business
- New contract was accepted by the board and Elite Management to conduct business for the remainder of 2015.
- Landscaping of the front entrance to be overseen by Elite Management decided by majority vote at 7:58 p.m.
- Tree trimming to be overseen by Elite Management as well as house painting and the cleaning of roofs pending visual inspections and written commentary that will be passed along to the board for further communication of the matter.
- A general Rules and Regulations letter to homeowners will be revised concerning pets, parking and lawn care and posted by the mailbox information frames in the coming days.
- Rules and regulations concerning new homeowners and new renters via a screening process will be discussed with our attorney and addressed at the next H.O.A. meeting.
- Form letters were discussed and explained by Gloria how and when they are used and she would give access to the actual wording of the letters to any member of the board before they are sent out to ensure all written communication is within the boards guidelines.
- Gloria offered the services of a good pest control company (busy Bee) and Scott for any fertilization needs the community wants.
