The fences that are facing Hiatus Road and 2nd Street will be cleaned and painted in the outside and repair if needed.  The fences that divide one property from another is both owners responsibility (50-50).

There will be a  special landscaping cleaning and maintenance service in the common areas, which will be done the first week of November.  We are waiting for the painting company to give us the date that they will start, but it is required that the plants hanging on the walls facing Hiatus Rd being trim and/or cut (by owners) before they can start working on that side.
