The trash and recycle containers shall not be placed in the curbside sooner than 6:00pm the day preceding the scheduled days of collection, and shall not be permitted to remain past 10:00pm on the collection date.
Residents shall ensure that all containers are stored and kept in a clean condition in the back yard, except during collection days.

Section 6. Garbage and Refuse Disposal
No portion of the Property shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers or as required by the applicable ordinance of the City of Pembroke Pines. All equipment for the storage or disposal of such material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
All rubbish or garbage containers shall be kept in structures which totally conceal it from view from all roadways, waterways and property in proximity to such structures.

Los contenedores para basura y desperdicios deben colocarse en el borde de la acera después de las 6:00pm del día anterior programado para la recolección; y retirarse de la acera antes de las 4:00pm los días de recolección.
Ambos contenedores deberán alojarse en el patio trasero de la casa, excepto los días de recoleccion.

Sección 6. Basura y Eliminación de Desperdicios

Ninguna parte de la propiedad se utilizará como vertedero de basura. Los contenedores sanitarios que provee la ciudad de Pembroke Pines son para echar basura y otros desperdicios, y deberán mantenerse limpios y fuera de la vista de calles, vías fluviales y casas vecinas.
