Always reference your copy of the rules and regulations for the Pasadena Pool Homes on The Green Community provided to you at the time of your home purchase. You may always purchase a new copy should your be lost or in a state or replacement by contacting the property management office EMAMGT@aol.com. THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE FOR HOME CHANGES

Did you know that changes to your home must be approved by the HOA architectural committee? You are liable for removing or undoing changes not approved by the architectural committee. This applies to modifications such as backyard landscaping, o opening a new window,  replacing your front door or garage door,  planting a new tree, etc. Click here to learn about the process to get your changes approved before you get started!

 

PAINT & HOUSE NUMBERS 

Do you need to paint any exterior surface in you home? Click here to find the color specifications mandated by the home owners association.

 

TRASH
