Please be advised that the community HOA quarterly fee is increasing effecting the first quarter of 2023 from $170 to $180. This approved HOA fee increase is attributed to raising costs to required budgeted items such as: lawn service, repair/maintenance, insurance, and administrative property management expenses. No new items have been added to our budget, we need to meet existing expenses. Last increase was from $150 to $160 in 2020, and from $160 to $170 in 2022.

To help you to easily keep track of your HOA fees and early or on time payment, our property management company now provides new online payment services through their website.

Elite Management Associates is proud to announce that we have upgraded our Tops
One property management system software to include the ability to pay your
monthly maintenance fees automatically each month. Although you have been able
to pay your monthly dues through our website, or through your own online banking
system in the past, this service allows you to view your account and have payments
posted in real time. Take a look at this review from an owner from one of our first
users in another complex.

to clear my account anymore.”
There is no charge for this service if you set up the ACH monthly or quarterly
automatic payments to be deducted from a bank account. Payments will be
deducted from your account between the 3rd and 5th day of the month that your
maintenance fee is due. Should you owe a balance larger than one month or one
quarter maintenance you may also choose the pay now feature but there is a
minimal charge of $2.95 per transaction. Additional fees will be charged if payments
are made by credit card. The process to sign up is easy. E-mail our Comweb
