Pasadena Pool Homes On The Green Homeowner Rules and Regulations.

Pasadena Pool Homes on The Green is governed by the Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations created by the developers. Since 1987 to 2021, these documents have not been updated to account for changes in today’s technology, safety issues, or economy. Due to increased homeowners requests, the current 2021 HOA board is preparing to propose changes to the existing community HOA rules and regulations. The board takes advice from you, the community home owners. Please read below to be part of the 2022 updates.

Procedure:

We will be following the the current HOA rules and state law on how to make changes which require an active participation and majority vote of current home owners for a change to be made.

  1. Check current applicable laws, consult with lawyers, create a budget, and a timeline for the change process. – In progress

  3. Get legal input.
  4. Get feedback from community members, and HOA board approval.
  5. Communicate changes, voting process, and complete vote.
  6. Adopt and register the changes.

Known proposed changes submitted by the homeowners under review

1- Update to late fees and fines.
2- Update to rental guidelines: requiring living in the home for 1 year before renting is allowed, long term rental requirements, short term rental restrictions (Airbnb)
3- Background check requirement for all tenants.
