Please be advised that the community HOA quarterly fee is increasing from 150$ to 160$ effective the first quarter of 2020. This approved HOA fee increase is attributed to raising costs to required budgeted items such as: lawn service, repair/ maintenance, and administrative property management expenses. No new items have been added to our budget, we need to meet existing expenses.
