Please be advised that the community entrance exit road has been repaired (11/4/19 – 11/12/19). Your HOA board is diligently addressing all community repairs as per the voted priority list. The work that took place involved removing the concrete stamp, trimming and removing the tree roots that caused the uneven road, placing pavers, and paint. Cost included city permits for the job.

As we continue our commitment to improve our community, we will be fixing the stucco in our community sign, and start budgeting to repair, repave, or paint our main community roads in 2020. We do expect this repair to create a special assessment shared amongst all homeowners.
