Scrap metal collector was not interested in scrap metal, instead he was soliciting, asking neighbor to reveal their private parts to him. Only threats to call the cops and knowledge of a video recording got the man to stop persisting and drive away. As our neighborhood is without gates this issue is not easy to avoid, please beware! Person targeted was a young man.
