Good Day!

For those of you who may not be aware, our amazing HOA president, SCOTT SHECTER, has stepped down from his HOA post as he moved to a different community. We are thankful for all of his contributions to our community these past 3.5 years as HOA president. He has been a great neighbor for 20 years in our community and will continue to be a great friend in our future.

I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Denny A. Carvajal, your neighbor, previous vice-president, and HOA President as of October 2018 at Pasadena Pool Homes. I have called this community my home for over 5 years and actively contributed through the HOA since I moved into the community. I strive to represent all 110 home owners in maintaining and improving our community’s value, safety, and design. My focus is on improving communication of HOA matters to home owners, making HOA issues and decisions easily accessible for review, and increasing home owner participation in HOA meetings in order to make big improvements that require a 2/3 majority vote from homeowners. Our priority list, driven by necessary visible repairs impacting the majority of homeowners, includes fixing the entrance road and repaving our roads. Your opinions and thoughts count and matter, please share them with us.
