Please be advised that at least 5 cases of criminal activity (motor vehicle theft of personal property) have been reported in this community this month so far.

If you have been affected in any way, please file a police report with the Pembroke Pines Police Department. Multiple communities in our neighborhood have also been impacted during these holiday seasons.

The board of directors of Pasadena Pool Homes and our property management company Elite Management Associates,Inc have requested extra patrols from the Pembroke Pines Police Department through our community.

A good recommendation to our community residents is to take extra precautions ensuring no valuables are left in vehicles, and make sure both homes and vehicles are secured.
