12/1/2014 Annual Board of directors Meeting Minutes
Topics and Concerns Discussed:
- Community budget was voted on and approved as is.
- Improve how new renters are vetted before moving into the neighborhood and ensure that community rules are shared and followed by new members to the community.
- Identified homes being purchased.
- Most fences have been painted per contract approved in the last HOA meeting which has not been paid in full pending completion of project.
- Old treasurer Ivan will sign the last checks in December until new board members are properly installed with signature authorization.
- New president will take charge of new screenings for new home owners and renters.
- New painting schedule for homes that need exterior painting: Painting will only be requested from homes that need a fresh coat between the months of November and April 30th (5 months). Letters and fines will reflect these new painting schedule. Case by case review can take place in the event of extensions requested by homeowners.
- The board of directors will not signed off any decisions without reflecting the majority vote from homeowners who participate in the community HOA meetings.
- Written inspections are to be done once a month.
- Driveway paint issue for a homeowner has been voted as a non issue.
