LETTER FROM HOA PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE SCOTT SHECTER

Good Day!

I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Sott Shecter, your neighbor, and I am running for HOA President here at Pasadena Pool Homes. I have called this community my home for over 15 years with my wife and children.

I am one of the Owners and Chief Technical Officer of Systems Integrated Solutions. We started from ground up constructing our business, including building our own office in Davie. I wanted you to know this, so that you can feel comfortable with who I am and my abilities. I work and deal with HOA organizations and management companies on a daily basis and go to many of their HOA meetings. I have seen what works and what doesn’t work, I have seen that when the HOA is a positive influence on the community, the community reflects this and grows together. I believe that we all are in agreement that their needs to be a few changes in the direction our community is heading.

We are a small group of people, 110 homes, we want to feel safe, proud of the way our community looks, and feel comfortable with our neighbors. I just think that our approach to achieving this has to be as a community, not negative reinforcement as the first approach; I have always had a positive outlook on getting things done and it rarely fails me.

If you agree that it is time to try to bring the community back when we were all friends and neighbors, and towards striving to a common goal, then I would greatly appreciate your support in becoming HOA President. Thank you again.
