Accomplishments

  1. 2/27/14      Trash Ordinance was translated into Spanish
  2. 2/14/14      Renewed contract with All County Towing Service & Lot Monitoring Services
  3. 3/1/14        New Property Management Company   – ELITE *
  4. May            Pasadena Pool Homes Web Page was created
  5. 6/9/14        We got the approval for a Free Meeting Room through the City Clerk
  6. 8/18/14      Community Documents Preserved for 30 more years. Drainage Certificate  Recertified for 5 more years
  7. 10/6/14      New Legal Representative  – Marlon Bryan Law Office*. (1)Landscaping urgent treatment, (2)Monthly Landscaping Maintenance, (3)Cleaning and Painting the walls and fences of the common areas of the community were approved.

*The lack of clear communication between the previous Administration and Legal  Services forced us to change their services.

Final Comments

Since we have  new  services (Administration, Legal, Maintenance),  it is recommended to often supervise and keep  permanent contact with them to coordinate any required actions.

 

It is important that all members of our Home Owners Association  keep informed and share their opinions, for the benefit of our community, now easily possible through our new Web Page.

 

BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION DAY IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH IN THE EVENING. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ”AVOID”  RE-ELECTING THE SAME PEOPLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN,  SO THE RESPONSIBILITIES CAN BE ROTATED FOR A DEMOCRATIC  PRACTICE.

  1. It would be beneficial if the required paint colors for the community could be posed on the web page.That would eliminate Elite Management from sending a copy with each mailing, save money and paper too.
